The hydraulic cylinder adopts a Titanseal™ dual-seal structure, designed to improve sealing stability and reduce the risk of oil leakage during long-term operation. The cylinder body is heat-treated, with hardness up to HRC50, helping it resist wear and maintain reliable performance over years of use.
One-Push Feeding with Wireless Remote Control
The AG-8Z supports wireless remote operation. By pressing the “A” button, the grooving roller feeds downward automatically. After the groove is formed, pressing the “B” button raises the roller automatically.
This one-push feeding system reduces repeated manual adjustment during operation. For users handling batch grooving work, it makes the process easier, more consistent, and more efficient.
Heavy-Duty Structure for Batch Pipe Grooving
