Product Spotlight | Welping Stub End Holders: Adjustable Clamping for HDPE Stub End Fusion
Welping HDPE stub end holders secure stub ends for butt fusion welding with a compatible fusion machine. Featuring a steel plate structure, adjustable clamping blocks and hand knobs, they allow operators to adjust both clamping position and tightness. Multiple models and custom sizes are available.
Adjustable Clamping Design
The clamping blocks slide along slots in the plate. By loosening the fixing bolts, operators can reposition the blocks to suit the stub end dimensions, then tighten the bolts to lock them in place.
The black hand knobs adjust clamping tightness to secure the stub end. Together, these adjustments help operators set up the holder for different stub end sizes within each model’s clamping range.

Machine Compatibility and Customization
Mounted on a compatible butt fusion machine, the holder secures the stub end for alignment with the pipe and subsequent welding operations.
