Customer Visit to Welping Factory for Butt Fusion Welding Machines
Recently, a customer visited our factory to gain a clearer understanding of our production environment and butt fusion welding machines. Visits like this are often less about viewing products alone, and more about evaluating how they are actually made.
During the visit, the customer walked through different workshop areas, including machining, assembly, and finished equipment sections. Compared with photos or documents, being on site provides a more direct view of machine structure, processing quality, and overall assembly conditions.
The customer also spent time checking our butt fusion welding machines. Key components such as the machine frame, clamping system, hydraulic unit, facer, and heating plate were observed on site. Seeing the equipment in person helps provide a clearer understanding of structural stability, operation logic, and how each part works together.
In addition to the equipment itself, there were also discussions around practical applications, including pipe size ranges, working environments, and operation-related considerations. Face-to-face communication like this often helps clarify real needs more efficiently.
