The Gruvmaster Electric Cut Grooving Machine is a motor-driven device for grooving 8" to 32" O.D. SCH40+ pipes in all materials. It has hydraulic fixing, manual feeding, and a cut blade for precise grooving. Ideal for heavy-duty job site and workshop use.

CG-4X GROOVE CUTTING MACHINE FEATURES
● Designed for cutting grooves into 8″–32″ heavy-walled steel pipes with wall thicknesses of 6–35 mm. Suitable for applications where conventional roll grooving is not applicable.
● Forms grooves using cutting tools without flaring the pipe ends. Suitable for mining pipelines, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and heavy-duty mechanical systems.
● Robust construction and a reliable hydraulic system support demanding groove-cutting work on site and in the workshop.
● Equipped with size-specific HSS cutting tools for efficient cutting and extended tool life. A heavy-duty hydraulic pipe stand comes standard to support and position large, heavy pipes.
