Hydraulic Roll Groove Cutting Machine for 2 Inch to 12 Inch Steel Pipes (CG-2X)
The Gruvmaster CG-2X cuts grooves into 2″–12″ heavy-walled steel pipes using HSS cutting tools. Designed for applications where conventional roll grooving is unsuitable, it forms grooves without flaring the pipe ends. Its robust construction and hydraulic system support demanding work on site and in the workshop.

CG-2X GROOVE CUTTING MACHINE FEATURES
● Designed for cutting grooves into 2″–12″ heavy-walled steel pipes with wall thicknesses of 6–35 mm. Suitable for applications where conventional roll grooving is not applicable.
● Forms grooves using cutting tools without flaring the pipe ends. Suitable for mining pipelines, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and heavy-duty mechanical systems.
● Robust construction and a reliable hydraulic system support demanding work on site and in the workshop.
● Equipped with size-specific HSS cutting tools for efficient groove cutting and extended tool life. A heavy-duty ratchet pipe stand comes standard to support large and heavy pipes.
