Preparation and Maintenance Before Operation of PE Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machine
1. Clean cloths, clean water, alcohol-based wet wipes
Before milling the PE pipe orifice, clean it with clean water or a wet wipe to prevent small stones from damaging the face of the milling cutter.
2. Safety Helmet
Must be worn at construction sites to ensure personal safety
3. Before using the machine, the breather cap of the hydraulic station must be replaced
When the machine is delivered, a common plug is used to meet the shipping requirements. However, when the machine is in operation, there is internal pressure inside the machine, so the plug must be replaced with a vent cap (if not, the sealing rings at various positions of the machine will be squeezed, which will lead to oil leakage.)
4. Maintenance
After using the machine and before the heating plate cools down completely, wipe the heating plate clean with a damp cloth or wet wipe. Clean the dirt off the frame, then store the machine in a relatively dry area in the warehouse for convenient preservation. The blades also need to be wiped; tighten any loose screws repeatedly. If the blades are severely worn, replace them.
