PRODUCT OVERVIEW

_DETAILS

The Air Series is designed for butt fusion welding of elevated, suspended and above-ground HDPE pipelines where conventional ground-based machines are difficult to position.

With a compact machine frame installed directly around the pipe, it is suitable for both horizontal and vertical welding applications.

Four models are available, covering pipe sizes from 50 mm to 315 mm: WP160Air, WP200Air, WP250Air and WP315Air.

The separate hydraulic unit, facer and heating plate make the system easier to arrange around elevated pipelines and restricted working areas.
