FX1000 Butt Fusion Machine – Factory Photo Record
On December 30, 2025, a photo record of the FX1000 butt fusion machine was completed at the factory.
The images document both the overall configuration and several structural details of the machine.
In terms of design and material selection, the FX1000 follows the same system used across the FX series. The main difference lies in its larger overall size and capacity, which correspond to its model range.
From the photos, it can be clearly seen that the side frames of the FX1000 are manufactured from a single-piece steel plate. Compared with machines from the A series and A Pro series, the thickness of the side frame plates is increased by approximately 20%.
The clamp inserts use an angular profile. Their structural form is consistent with other FX series models, while the dimensions are adapted to suit the FX1000 specification.
Inside the clamp inserts, movable anti-slip pads are integrated. These pads can be repositioned according to pipe conditions, increasing friction between the clamp and the pipe. When handling non-standard pipes, adjustments can be made by repositioning the anti-slip pads rather than replacing the clamp inserts.
As shown in this factory photo record, the FX1000 follows the same structural design logic as other FX series machines, with differences primarily reflected in model size and overall machine dimensions.
