Recent Shipment Update – Gruvmaster Roll Grooving Machines

A new batch of Gruvmaster roll grooving machines has recently completed final assembly and shipment preparation.

This shipment includes several machines with different configurations. The photos document the actual condition of the equipment, from final assembly in the workshop to packing in wooden crates, reflecting the real shipping process rather than a staged presentation.

Before shipment, each roll grooving machine is fully assembled in our workshop. During this stage, key components such as the grooving unit, transmission system, and hydraulic system are checked to confirm correct installation and stable operation.

Once assembly is completed, the machines move to the packing stage. Based on the size and structure of each model, customized wooden crates are used. Critical components are properly fixed to minimize vibration and reduce the risk of impact during transportation, helping protect the equipment during long-distance shipping.

From the assembly area to the packed crates ready for delivery, these images are intended to show the actual manufacturing and shipping workflow. Each machine goes through inspection and packing before entering the delivery stage.
