Key Features of Gruv-Max
· Designed for heavy-duty grooving of large-diameter steel pipes, with a maximum grooving capacity of up to 60".
· Handles thick-wall steel pipes up to 20 mm, suitable for demanding fabrication and construction applications.
· Equipped with high-power dual motors and a high-strength gearbox for stable, continuous operation.
· Heavy-duty groove rollers and drive rollers with interlocking structure help improve groove consistency and pipe sealing surface control.

Designed for large steel pipes, Gruv-Max supports grooving capacities up to 60" (DN1500) for large-scale piping and fabrication projects.
Up to 20 mm Wall Thickness
The heavy-duty machine structure allows Gruv-Max to groove steel pipes with wall thicknesses up to 20 mm, making it suitable for demanding thick-wall applications.
5500W + 2200W Dual-Motor Drive
High-power dual motors provide strong and stable output for continuous grooving of large-diameter and thick-wall steel pipes.
Heavy-Duty Rollers & Drive System
Reinforced groove rollers and drive rollers with an interlocking structure provide stable pipe control and more consistent groove quality.
Adjustable Groove Depth with Auto Reset
The groove depth can be preset for different pipe sizes. Once the target depth is reached, the groove roller automatically resets for easier and more consistent operation.
Simple & Intuitive Control Panel
Clear push-button controls with pressure gauges, operating indicators, manual/automatic mode selection, and emergency stop make daily operation straightforward and easy to monitor.
Adjustable Support Roller
The auxiliary support roller helps stabilize the pipe during grooving, while the manual adjustment mechanism allows the support position to be adjusted for different pipe sizes and working conditions.
