C Series Manual Butt Fusion Machines
Gear-driven manual welding machines for 40–250mm PE/PP pipes
Choose the Right C Series Model
C and C2 Configurations:The C Series is available with two different frame layouts.
- C Configuration
The standard C configuration uses a longer multi-clamp frame, providing extended pipe support throughout facing, heating and fusion.

Its stable frame layout makes it well suited to general pipe installation, workshop fabrication and repeated welding work.
- C2 Configuration
The C2 configuration uses a shorter frame and more compact clamp arrangement, reducing the machine’s overall size.

Its compact layout makes it well suited to repair work, restricted working areas and applications requiring easier transport and positioning.
Both configurations follow the same manual butt fusion process. Model selection should be based on pipe size, working space and preferred frame layout.

Butt Fusion Welding Process
Built for Smooth and Reliable Manual Welding
Full-Gear Driven Facing System
The full-gear driven facing system provides smoother transmission and more controlled pipe end preparation, helping operators achieve cleaner and more consistent fusion surfaces.
Stable 4-Guide-Post Frame
The 4-guide-post structure keeps pipe movement stable during clamping, facing, heating and fusion, helping improve alignment throughout the welding process.
Solid All-Steel Welded Body
The all-steel welded body gives the machine a strong and durable structure, making it suitable for repeated workshop and on-site pipe welding work.
Practical Manual Solution for 40–250mm Pipes
For small and medium pipe sizes, the C Series offers a practical balance between stable welding performance, simple manual operation and lower investment than hydraulic models.
Full-Gear Driven Facing for Smoother Operation
The gear-driven facing system provides stable transmission and smoother pipe end preparation. Compared with simple manual structures, it helps operators achieve cleaner and more consistent pipe facing before fusion.
Why Gear Transmission?

· More direct transmission than a chain-drive system
· No chain stretching or tension adjustment
· Stable performance during repeated operation
· Durable structure for long-term use
· Easier routine inspection and maintenance

FAQ
What pipe materials can the C Series weld?
The C Series is designed for thermoplastic pipes such as PE and PP, subject to the applicable welding procedure and pipe specifications.
Are reducing inserts included?
The included insert sizes depend on the selected model and configuration. Please confirm the required pipe sizes when requesting a quotation.
What is the difference between the C and C2 models?
The C model features four positioning rings for better pipe alignment and concentricity control, making it ideal for welding longer pipes. The C2 model uses two positioning rings and is more suitable for shorter pipes and thinner-wall applications.
When should I choose a manual machine instead of a hydraulic model?
A manual machine is suitable for routine small- and medium-diameter work where portability, simple maintenance and lower investment are priorities. Hydraulic models are generally more suitable for heavier workloads and applications requiring more precise pressure control.
Need Help Choosing the Right Model?
